Hi, can someone tell me how to share internet connection sharing, when i have 2 network connections on my pc, 1 to connect to the router and the other to connect to the other pc??

You can do this without 2 network connections, if fact it would be easier... get a 5 port switch, plug the router and 2 machines into it, and hey presto!

As Carlhead said, it's best to plug both connection into the router but if for whatever reason (e.g. the router only has 1 LAN port) you would like to connect the second network connection to the PC, this is still possible.

If you're using windows, then the "Setting up Internet Connection Sharing" guide should provide you with the answers you need. If you're using Linux I expect you have a bit more experience and in this case you can set the gateway on the client PC to be that of the PC with the network connection (this can be done with 'route add' and route del').

[shameless smoothwall plug-in]

...and should you want to control or limit the visits to pr0n sites, install a pc with Smoothwall and DansGuardian on it...

Internet Connection Sharing via Windows is not always reliable... the router connected to a switch and to the rest of the PC's will be more reliable than Internet Connection Sharing...

...besides certain WindowsUpdates require that you reboot the PC.

Unless you're setting your machine up as a firewall there is really no benifit of going the whole 2 network card route... save the grey hairs and buy a small cheap switch if your router doesn't have more than 1 network card.

Otherwise if you do want to setup your machine as a firewall then step 1. replace it with a linux box, step 2. contact me :p :D

get standard cables when you buy your hub; or if the router has ports open just try shoving it in most new hubs / routers are MDI / MDI-X autosensing anyway so crossover works fine.
