Connection issues

Since about 09:15 this morning I have been struggling with my connection. My connection dropped once and since then altough it shows that it is connected, I can't do anything. It's on the R250 package.
 
For now everything seems to be back to normal, if anything changes I'll drop a PM.

Can you help me out with my issue ,I I just registered the sim ,they sent me an email saying I'm activated ,did the APN's and stuff but still "no internet access and disconnected"
 
Hi , Not a problem, May you please PM me your email address linked to your rain account also the make and model of the device you are using the sim in.
 
I've been having a lot of these connection issues myself. It started mid September and has continued till this day. I even decided to cancel my sim altogether because there's no one to answer phone calls and the online cards never get attended. My router is always disconnected the only way to connect I have to reboot it from the IP menu through a LAN cable to my laptop, it'll connect for a good 15 minutes and then disconnect again. When I put in my Telkom sim I have none of these issues. So yeah this is my last month with rain it can't go on like this.

There are 11 days until your cancellation actually goes through could you please PM me with the email address that is linked to your rain account. Let me take a look into this issue for you and hopefully you might change your mind once we resolve this issue?
