I have the 4-port Marconi router from Telkom. Whenever I add Virtual Servers (ie. port addresses to forward), my connection takes several hours to start working again. This happens even if I undo the changes I make.
As far as I can see, my connection to the exchange remains constant. However, I can't connect to or browse externally. If I leave it overnight, the connection returns without me having to do anything.
Has anyone had a similar problem? Do you know what is causing this and how I can get around it?
