Connection/signal issues

Is any one having issues currently with Rain? Since +-13:30 every 30 mins there is no speed. It doesn't disconnect but for +-5 mins there is nothing although it still shows that it's connected. I did by chance notice that for signal on my phone also drops to zero in that time. Though it seems to not be a Rain specific issue, I don't know where else to ask.

Which area and package? Been using it for meetings all day with no issues - PTA East -> 5G Premium

Horison View the R250 option.

Also since posting this it the frequency of the speeds drops have increased.
