If I have an ADSL modem in bridged mode, and a MikroTik, RB 750 GL doing the PPPOE connection, which device determines the line speed?

The bridged ADSL modem, or the MikroTik router?

The modem, unless of course if you have set limits or QoS on the MikroTik which would then influence your LANs speed.
