Connection timeouts?

Is anyone experiencing frequent connection timeouts? Spmetimes i have to refresh a page 3 times before it loads up.

I got the sam problems wit my iburst connection with alot of websites timming out and if i use google to search for someting then alot of the links google gave me time's out the 1st or 2nd time. It is sometimes very frustrating
