I have problem with my hexing meter box, when I load token it keeps on saying connect then failed,3 days now I don't have electricity , please help

When you phoned your municipality's electricity helpline, what did they tell you?
 
Try new batteries and when there is no loadshedding. Otherwise a neighbours house that's close to the municipal box.

check your main circuit breaker next to the meter isn't tripped/off
