Connection

How do I connect hdmi cables on LG home theater 5.2, LG TV and Hd DSTV decoder. I tried connecting but there is no sound from speakers only TV speakers are working but when I play radio on the home theater speakers are working not sure what I'm doing wrong

HDMI from Decoder must go through Home Theatre then to TV
Your theatre surely must have a HDMI in and out plugs.
