Good day, all. Please assist with Heartbeat Idle problem. I have connected my Explora 2A (Primary Decoder) to Smart LNB uniport and my DSD1131 (secondary Decoder) to same LNB Universal port for Xtraview. Primary decoder sends the heartbeat but the secondary decoder says there is no communition from the primary decoder. What should I do? Do I need to install install a Diplexer, connect to Explora 2A and connect to the RF In port of DSD1131 Decoder?
