Connex and Home Assistant

Has anyone paired a connex device like this to home assistant? I can't really find anything about it on the internet and I would really love that door contact for my home assistant to act as an alarm.

Unless someone has a better product/suggestion on how to do the door sensor.

Have you looked at Wyze Sense? Tiny sensors that integrates into Home Assistant via the included USB hub.

I bought a Connex SmartPlug for some power monitoring earlier in the year and initially did not see any way of integrating it in Home Assistant. I then read that the Connex devices are basically Tuya rebranded.

Using the Tuya integration in Home Assistant I integrated a Connex SmartPlug in Home Assistant. Instead of using the Connex app initially just use the SmartLife app from Tuya to setup the device.

Follow these instructions Home Assistant - Tuya and you should be up and running in no time.

No, but I managed to integrate a Connex Multicolor Bulb using Tuya Local on HA. I 'assume' it should be possible to do the same for this.... These sensors are just a little expensive... I use the Sonoff DW2 to monitor my doors for now (about 50% or more cheaper than this)

some of the Connex connect is Tuya and some is Sonoff copies.
so if it's a Sonoff copy then it should be able to be Tasmoto flashed, which then allows HA integration for mqtt.
