Building a PC

As the title says, I've had an Intel Core i7 and GeForce 9800GTX lying around for the last couple of years. I'm considering finishing my PC build project I started a while back with these components.

I've been out of the hardware game ever since I bought these parts so I'm not too clued up as to what's going on in the industry. Anyone got any recommendations for a decent motherboard and PSU? I'm heading off to Taiwan and China at year end so hoping to pick up some cheap electronics. I'm hoping that there's some nice cheap hardware out there considering these things are relatively old by now

Taiwan is the place to get stuff as most electronics are made there

Need more info on the CPU. Is it the Socket 1156 or 1366? PSU, look at the Corsair CX500 or similar.
