Consolidation Advice

Hi all,

I am in quite a bind, A couple of years ago I landed myself on ITC due to some very bad business decisions, which left me in some serious financial trouble.

I am slowly building myself up now, but was wondering is there anyway I can get a loan and consolidate all of my debt, this would makes things so much easier as well as get my name back in order.

I am really at my wits end, any help would be much appreciated.

If you own a property it would be easy to get a loan, other wise your going to struggle because although a lot of places advertise consolidation loans you need to have a good credit record, and most of the time when you need it the last thing you have is a clean record.

If you have a pension fund you might be able to get a loan backed by your pension .
Other alternative is also if you have a property you may consolidate in that way.
Remember when you consolidate there are many implications to take into account,like you cannot make any accounts/debt elsewhere.
Maybe search on Google for companies that offer this.
