My back is constantly hitching, especially after I wake up in the morning. For the rest of the day I always feel something but it's not as disturbing. What can I do to settle this?

I've got a casting couch she can use...

Well firstly, if your back is hitching it seems to have it's own hands at most, you DEFINITELY want to see a doc about that :)

If it's itching you may need to look at a few things, your bedding, or detergent would be the first thing I would think of, or you have bed bugs (not associated exclusively with dirt so don't get defensive ) so check that out too. They can cling to clothing etc and then spread once they make their way to your house. Maybe try sleeping in a different bed (location ) and see if the problem persists.

My feet and lower legs are hitching pretty badly for about 30 minutes to an hour every evening when I undress.

There's a product called "Anti-Hitch ointment" Buy it at your local Sangoma branch.
It smells terrible, but it does keep the Hitch at bay.
