I haven't bothered pursuing this issue further for a few months now, but I'm getting sick of it.

Is there ANY WAY we can view usage stats without the need for an OTP???

My devices never stay recognized, and we constantly get asked for an OTP when logging in.

I understand that it's a security measure, and I'm all for that, but the screw up comes in when two people share a data account, and only one of them can receive an OTP.

All I'm asking is that you offer the ability to view usage stats witout the need for an OTP or at least allow more than one device to receive an OTP.

Vox is R30 cheaper, unshaped, and doesn't have ridiculous issues like this.

If there's no fix for this by the 23rd, I'll be posting my cancellation notice and moving on.

I don't care how your systems are supposed to keep our devices "recognized", the fact of the matter is, it doesn't work with my devices and I don't plan on making any configuration changes on my side.

I totally understand where you are coming from. However, this is a feature we aren't going to be removing and we really can't display any account information without the security protocol being followed. I really wish I could sort this out for you, but these features are there for our clients security and ours.

The only solution would be moving the other package onto its own separate account.

I'm not asking for the feature to be removed, I understand why it's there. All I'm asking is that you either make an option for a second device to receive an OTP or make basic usage stats available without the need for an OTP.

What I'm hearing is, "You're an isolated case, so rather than accomodating you, we'd rather let you go."

I will chat to our Devs to see what they can do for you.

why? you keep telling people you are not going to change the system

We won't remove the system that is in place, but if we could adapt it for multiple numbers I am sure it could benefit some clients.
