I was wondering if anyone else is connected to this exchange in PTA East? I phoned Telskum twice yesterday, and they say the fault is on my side and they must send a tech out for R200, which will be billed to me. I know the problem is not on my side, as 2 of my mates who are on the same exchange both dont Sync to the exchange! My DSL was working perfectly yesterday morning, and has been for past few months, but yesterday afternoon around 1PM it went down, and been down ever since!
Is there anyway that I can report this to telkom as the useless call center operators insist the problems are on my side and my friends side. They dont want to listen. Anyone I can call at Telskum that will listen and try help?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
