So after mucking about for a few months i got my online store up with some help from mybb member darkangel. I'd like some constructive criticism from developers & graphic designers. The logo was done in quick fashion, so don't be harsh, he didn't like it but i did. Corrections & suggestions are welcomed.

I'm a bit strapped for cash after having to fork out a crazy amount of cash for a relative that passed away, so improvements will be made in the future. I still have loads of work to do like adding more stock, updating pages & company policy info.

So without posting the site to spam or promote the site please have a look here.

Thanks in advance people.

The login page is most impressive. It is so wonderful, i stayed on that page and didn't go anywhere else on the site.:wtf:

I see you used Shopify... Shopify looks like a good deal. ANyway, yes, there is nothing apart form login page :p

Yeah shopify was the best option after going through numerous options. I'm hating how stock is added on shopify & creating drop down lists is a nightmare with them.

Haven't seen such freebies in my life :p, I'll buy everything in every category.

:D

No point putting up prices when they change every week, everything will be updated once i'm satisfied with the aesthetic side of things.

no form validation, client side or server side on registration and login pages

Not bad. At least you've got your contact details on there. No office address though? I think these are the keys to a credible online store. A brick and mortar office to go to should an online deal go bad.

Im a coder so that site to me looks like any other e commerce site.I did try and sql inject and was unsuccessful, so well done!

On your login and register pages, look into getting the sign in and create buttons a little larger. There is no validation on the create account page.

The subtitle's on the "section pages" need some bottom padding and I would also increase the font size. sub title.jpg

The site seems neat and presentable. I think it's pretty decent.

Busy with that at moment. Thanks

I know the business is home based for now but the premises i want in sandton will only be available for lease in February 2014.

On a side note, i'm busy with my lawyer going through terms & conditions for stock as well as courier services. So the about us, contact us, term/conditions & delivery/warranty pages will be updated as well.

For now i just want to test the waters, i'll do some major design changes when i'm back on my feet financially. I just need the site to be easy to navigate (which i think it is) & it has to be visually stimulating. My target demographic is middle to higher income group, age range 25-55yrs.

Thanks I was thinking about doing that especially with my older clientele with bad eye sight.:P I'll be removing the subtitles, as i need to add tags for all the products. Have a look at the perphirals section, looks much better that way imo.
