Consultant needed

Hi

I live in Marina da Gama 6 km from the exchange and currently with Cybersmart. My internet speed varies from 20kbs to 1.5mbs. When it is 20kbs, I call Cybersmart who reset the line which then goes back up to 1.5mbs.

I don't have time to call Cybersmart every day to do this and wonder whether there is a consultant on here who fix this as a piece of paid work please? Would appreciate some credentials and someone with contacts at Telkom would be an advantage.
