Consumer Protection Act.

Does anyone know if this will affect companies like Kulula, etc?
Currently Kulula still state on their website that, once you've bought your ticket, no refunds (link (No Refunds))

Is that legal?

What are the contact details of the National Consumer Commission I have received spam SMS again after Vodacom said they " launched an official investigation regarding the WASP short code 35393 and will have it removed from your number" plus it wasn't in the allowed time. Now I want to report it.

I quickly looked through Rutherford's T&Cs earlier (I don't have to read them, because it they aren't fair, the National Consumer Comissioner will void them :)), and I noticed ye olde domicilium clause. I was wondering if any of these domicilium citandi et executandi clauses are going to be valid. I mean, how fair is it for a company to drop off a notice at an old, long forgotten address, and conciser the notice delivered? I doubt they're going to last long.

Hey Peeps,

I've setup a forum for people to discuss their issues/questions relating to the Consumer Protection Act. It's grown slowly since January this year and is building up some decent content. If you get a moment, drop in and view some of the topics under discussion. Hopefully you'll have some questions and answers which will stimulate more content.
