Contact at Customs

Hello,

Does anyone got a contact person or number at customs. I ordered 4 McCalls clothing patterns from New York. I used Aramex couriers. The package entered South Africa on 2017-08-26, when it was moved to customs. Since then when you check Aramex tracking site, it keeps telling you that the package is at customs - In progress, but nothing aint happening.

At this stage I am wondering if somebody is busy making copies of the patterns on my expense.

I would be greatful if there is anybody that can point me in the right direction, to obtain my package.
 
I already tried that one, I also sent them email, but all they did, they request a copy of my bank account of where I purchased the patterns. The invoice of McCalls didn't count. They keep telling me that the package is still at customs. Quite frankly, I don't believe them anymore. That is why I want to take things now into my own hands, due to the fact that Aramex isn't capable of doing the job that they are paid to do.
