Hi,
I need to set up some kind of contact management database or software in a client/server environment for a small/medium sized enterprise. All staff members would need access to the database to view/add/amend/remove contacts, and I would need the ability to categorize contacts extensively. I don't want to use business contact manager for outlook. What software is available that I could use, and are there any freeware packages available.
A web-based solution would be great, but I'd want the software running on my website, not hosted elsewhere.
I've googled this briefly, and only came up with mediocre solutions not suited for small to medium enterprises.
