Contact Manager

I'm looking for a FREE contact manager.

As far as I know the best one is ACT! but I'm a cheap bastich looking for a free one

Anyone know of a fairly good free proggie I can use to store: Name,Tel,email,company & last time contacted.

They are very hard to find(If it really exists) We use http://www.salesforce.com/uk/
A bit pricey but it's online.

Thanx for the links.

I found a little proggie called open contacts, not great but good enough. I'll keep my eyes open for something better.
