How does one get to speak to an MTN Customer Service agent? If I dial 173 or 808, the appropriate option to speak to an agent is no longer there.

I need to complain to MTN that lately 3G internet in my area is pathetically slow. Even emails takes ages to download. Has anyone else also had this problem?

You have to run around the options menu until it says press x to speak to an agent. I had to go to an mtn store to get one of those people to get me through to an agent. Looked like she went through the menu about 5 times before getting the option.
****ing joke that network!

yes, my friend who sits next to me at work also experienced the same problem. MTN data could not be retrieved even if she has a data contract monthly. for two days.

Y'ello. We are changing our numbers to make it easier for our customers to access our services. You will need to dial 135 to contact us in future. Pls save this number to your contacts list.
