Contacting Rain support no feedback

Hi
Ive tried contacting rain support with a new sim card thats not active after 2 weeks paid for the monthly subscription and not receiving any feedback or service
 
Rain support number plays automated message stating Covid19 Excuse and to use the web portal and email options. No response from support for almost 3 weeks. Although billing still works, the sim card does not. Also no activity on the Facebook page!
 
This has also happened to me. I just want to cancel now. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT
 
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS NOW FOR HELP YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE - JUST CANCEL

I'm not - merely pointing out on social forums all CAPS is construed as shouting. You might not get the assistance you want where people on here are willing to assist. you posted an thread on an open forum. But anyway goodluck.

I understand, i have been browsing the rain section for the past few months and see the general consensus. I am too on a rain product and dreading the day i need support..
 
I just messaged on FB to cancel - I got a reply in like a few mins - them telling me I can cancel on my dashboard. They dont care about losing customers.
