Contacting Wootware

Hi, hi

Is the only way to contact Wootware via the contact us form? I searched for a phone number or email and unless I'm going blind I couldn't find one on the website.

For anyone else that had to contact them, how long do they usually take to respond and did you get an automated email of some sort?

I left a message earlier this week and had no feedback and also no automated email like I would have expected, so I'm not sure if they actually got the message.

Email should be fine. I bought something recently that seems to be a dud, so I don't want to wait > 7 days and have issues returning, hence I asked after not getting a response from them.
