Container (.mp4) A/V stream order

Not sure where to post this.

In a .mp4 container, does it matter what the order of the video/audio stream inside the container is?

So you'd have:
Stream 0: Video
Stream 1: Audio

Is there a requirement that Stream 0 must contain the video stream?
