• Completed Commerce, Research, Information Management or Other Appropriate Competency
• Exposure to SharePoint (beneficial)

What will I do every day?
The main function of the Content Writer would be to develop, acquire and manage a broad array of internal content and champion organization-wide knowledge sharing. Perform knowledge assessments and identify and fill knowledge gaps by writing, soliciting and collecting high value and quality content from relevant sources. Develop, identify, capture, organize, manage, share and leverage the collective intellectual capital maintained on the client systems, so that the organization’s know-how, information and experience is shared inside the organization.
• Develop, compose and create product and technical content including product brochures, flyers, articles, whitepapers and any other content required by the company.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop the required content to support these teams.
• Innovatively manage Knowledge Source content and ensure easy access to relevant information on the company’s internal Content and Proposal Management Software.
• Identify content requirements within each of the other departments; including presentations, technical guidelines or financial and legal information for inclusion in the Knowledge Source.
• Help disseminate information about the organization's knowledge sharing program to internal audiences, maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the sales, marketing and consulting teams.
• Participation in orientation and training sessions.
• Collect and maintain Market Intelligence data for use by consulting/marketing teams and to add value to client engagements.
• Analyse competitor activities and develop and compile competitor analysis reports.
• Share local and international news articles regarding industry trends and innovations.
• Regularly meet, build and sustain relationships with your key stakeholders and become an influencer and respected knowledge and information provider.
• Be able to write, edit and proof and upload relevant content
