Im having problems on my acc...now my total bill is supposed to be R342,subscriptiôn R200,100mb bundle & a 100sms bundle...after paying R350,my acc stil have an outstanding amount of R80,i cald 808 they can't tell me what the R80 is for...the 100mb was loaded on the 7th of may,to date its stil not active i load airtime whenever i want to use internet ,i've been billed for it and its gonna expire at the end of this month...more than 50 calls to 808 stil no resolution...sometimes 808 refer me to 173 &1555 but my number is barred from calling 1555...& i joined MTNzone but my number doest show any discounts when i dial out...sos.
