I REFER TO MY EARLIER COMPLAINT WHICH WAS POSTED TO THIS FORUM.
NO ONE ATTENDS TO THIS PROBLEM.
Please can you help and send a qualified technician to fix my ADSL line that continues to drop intermittently and have noise. I have logged and reported many faults. I have complied with everything Telkom have suggested - like buying new ADSL filters etc. I suspect there is a cable fault.
This problem is months old and you have sent technicians who DO NOT solve the problem.
I will be asking for a refund for the weeks the problem has not been fixed.
