Hi all,

Need some advice.
Been to the doctor 4 times over the last month (R350 per consult) and no relief. Neck is throbbing, ear ache, post nasal drip and a headache that rages when ever I tilt my head.

Doctor is arguing allergies or ear infection but after 4 visits she is dumbstruck but still refuses to refer me to someone else.

Have another doctor taking a look today but can't live like this. Anyone have suggestions on a specialist I can try go too if this Doc gives me the same run around?

ENT. Ear, nose, throat infection.
You are going to have to weather the storm and stay hydrated, also get some pain pills.

Perhaps go to hospital and ask for X-Ray..

WebMD says... ask your doctor (or in this case, another one) :p

It does list Acute sinusitus, migraine, cluster headaches and other fun things. I had to guess with some of the symptoms, so give it a go and maybe it'll be more accrate (but realise it is no substitute for a real doctor)

Family history of kidney disease so living on pain pills isn't a real option; apparently but this is off Doc #1's advice and we aren't getting far with that :p
Will see what happens today and ask for a referral.

:D:D Will mention these to Doc #2 and see his thoughts

Not sure why you just don't go to a other doctor.

How's the stress levels/management thereof in your life? Eating healthy and getting exercise?
