Contract Activations

Does anyone know of any representative on here, or a number of someone that's in some sort of decision making position at the Vodacom activations department?

I got a new contract and device delivered to me last week Wednesday. It's still not activated and no one can give me a clear answer as to why. I've been phoning every day as often as 3 - 4 times a day to find out. I'm slowly but surely starting to reach the end of my rope.

What can I do, and who do I call to get this resolved?

We in stores activate our own contracts. But seeing that you went direct you have to deal with them direct. Unless VD has got someone in that department buttered up :)
