Contract Cacellation how?

Hi All,

I cancelled my contract but still active.
I requested that my contract number becomes pre-paid number.
I e-mailed them this was the response.

Kindly be advised that a contract to prepaid conversion is immediate and may only be processed once the contract reaches its termination date. Should you wish to convert the number to prepaid, you may forward us the copy of your ID. There is no cost to convert the contract to prepaid after the termination date.

I complied and gave them 5 diffrent coppies of my ID, still they cant see my face.
This is the Ref: 00N8~84XH.

I went to the Vodashop they tried a couple of times ,then it was lunch time no response Vodacom.
The gave this number 082-1958. If you try more than 5 times and dont get a response.
Ja what do you do.

Can somone pleas help me to kill this contract.

The Vodashops can assist in migrating the line to the prepaid tariff. Thing is that to get the discounted rate on your contract cancellation fee (if any), then it needs to be done by the cancellation department.
