Hello the Forum,
I really like Java developers, I want to know all of you (even if you are still a student). Do you know why? Because I have clients salivating for you all. Really. So please, I would love to represent you in the workplace. This role is my most recent mandate, from a very corporate client, so if suits (and that corner office) is your aim in your career, then this is the role for you (E-commerce Java dev's I have roles that I cannot advertise).

For the advertised role you need to have a good grasp of the following:
- concepts and the implementation thereof
- Driven development and also buying into it
- Relevant program languages (Java SE 5 and above)
- Relevant enterprise frameworks (J2EE 1.4 and above)
- Spring Framework and Spring Batch experience will be advantageous
- Understanding and buying into the role of refactoring within the application space
