Contract problem

I am actually just looking for somebody to assist my dad in a problem he is experiencing on his Vodacom contract.

If the Vodacom rep on the forums could just pm me their contact details I will send it on to my dad, as he is not a forum member.

I don't know all the details but it's gotten to a point where he's so fed up with the customer service he's received so far that he wants to cancel the contract. And this says a lot as he's been with Vodacom since 1997.
