In my ongoing dilemma with Nashua Mobile, who charge me a bundle for cellular services each month, but continue to present me with attitude, indifference and contempt as a customer, I have made a decision to scrap the idea of contracts and migrate 100% to pre-paid.
I have ProCall 120 and MyCall 100 contracts with them, the latter of which has been in existance for over 10 years with them but expires on 31 August. I am told by one of their unreliable staff members that I will not be able to migrate that contract's number to pre-paid because this is not allowed by the network (MTN).
Is this true or is it another line of bull from the miscreants at Nashua Mobile?
Surely if I have been using the same number for 10 years I should be able to retain it and migrate to pre-paid in the same way that I would be allowed to port that number to a different network?
