Contract Upgrade Help #2

So.....I created a thread. MyBB helped me so that someone from Cell C contacted me. And almost 3 months later my contract still hasn't been upgraded

MyBB helped me about 3 weeks ago. But since then, the person from Cell C I was in contact with has gone silent again. No reply to my emails. No update on when I'm getting my iPhone etc. The only update I have gotten was being asked "where our purchase order was for the iPhone?" Since when do we need to do purchase orders?

Does Cell C not want our business anymore? Because from the looks of it Cell C can't afford to really lose clients. But our business is considering cancelling the contract, making the number pre-paid(custom number) and moving to another network.

Is there no organisation that we can lodge a complaint with? Cell C is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Yet they still want their payment end of each month.

Cell C does not give a **** about it's clients.
