Contract Upgrade Problems

I upgraded my contract on the 10th of December 2008.

I was on a Procall 120 and I changed it to a Anytime350. According to MTN Active and when I check my free minutes I am still on a Procall 120.

Anyone else had problems changing from their previous packages to the new ones?

My billing date is on the 26th of each month. If my package is not changed on the 27th of this month I'm going to cancel my upgrade as I am paying for something that I don't get. What is the use of a contract if they dont commit to it?
 
What is your bill run date?

An upgrade, migration, bundles, etc. only come into effect on your next bill run date, although by now you should be on the new package. Phone 808 or visit an MTN SP store.
