ok im not sure if this has been posted before, but im not about to search the entire forum. basically the final ICASA convergence bill has been submitted, can be found here

under chapter 2 one can basically see how pi$$ed off ICASA is with the minister's negligence and constant interfering, calling for more power over the minister. makes for some interesting reading.

Enlighten me here ... what is "supposed" to happen now that this report has been published. Is this just an informative report talking about the state of comms in SA, or are they holding people accountable to fix the wrongs that need fixing?

from what i understand i think it calls for making amendments to possible shortcomings in the current system
