Converting flash video to WMD or other?

I've been sent a video file that is unfortunately in Flash format, I need to add it to a montage and im using MAGIX video editor, which unfortunately cannot open Flash files

Any ideas if there is a programme out there to convert flash files to any editor friendly format?
