So straight to the point, I am moving away from openweb(I know, its taken me a while).

Currently on their R299p/m Gold Leon uncapped package which hasn't been that bad, but the last week has been horrible and I haven't gotten anything out of support. Speedtest.net is giving me full line speeds, but youtube won't even buffer properly on 140p.

If I had to guess I do about 120-150Gb a month. Any good alternatives in the same price bracket?

They have been trying to be clever lately by means of by-passing speedtest .net from their shaping policies so when you do a test all will seem perfect, but in reality all your other traffic will be going through a shaped policy. Very very sneaky of Openweb  but i can't say others aren't doing it yet

Edit: I think they actually throttle your line instead of just mere shaping

Does crystalweb provide test accounts?

I see its R349 for 2Mbps uncapped, so I guess its like a business uncapped package through webafrica etc.

Pretty much yes. They'll be offering capped accounts soon, apparently the bean counters are busy working on pricing.
