Oh wow, I never did share mine here.
I regularly watch:
Nick Murray - (a Kiwi living in the USA), his content is always in such high quality and he is a big Porsche and BMW fan:

The Stradman - awesome YouTuber, from humble beginnings, now has connections to some deeply pocketed supercar owners, so you are bound to see some sweet rides, he owns a Manual trans Lamborghini Gallardo and a modified Jeep Wrangler, he is probably my favourite YouTuber:

Daily Driven Exotics - crazy guy named Damon Fryer, owns a Lamborghini Huracán that he mods and beats up and a Ferrari 430 Scuderia, very in 'your face' type of YouTuber, you either love this channel or absolutely hate it lol:

EddieX - used to be part of VehicleVirgins until him and the other guy had a fallout. Great reviewer, not too heavy on the content:

Glenn's Car Collection - if your boring car enthusiast dad opened a YouTube channel that he worked on during weekends it would be like this, lol. This guy has great taste in cars though, owns everything from an NSX, BMW M Coupe to a 2013 Audi S8 and 2018 BMW M2 Competition he has on the way:

Obsessed Garage - if you are all about the finer details, be it how cars get modified to how they get washed, this is the channel, Matt Moreman is the most obsessive automotive YouTuber I have ever seen, I can only take this channel in small doses, but it may be of interest to others:
https://www.youtube.com/user/MattMoreman
Petrolicious - STFU and enjoy the old school motoring:
https://www.youtube.com/user/PetroliciousCo
SeenThroughGlass - London boy with a great passion for both old and new supercars, this is one of those YouTubers I fully expect to be eventually snapped up by some big TV broadcaster or Netflix or something, his content is pure quality but you have to sort of keep up with it which I find difficult but I check in on his channel very now and again:
https://www.youtube.com/user/seenthroughglass
Hoovie's Garage - Absolute nutcase of a guy, he buys all sorts of older used expensive cars, anything from a 80s Porsche, BMW 850i, to the cheapest Bentley Continental GT or cheapest Rolls-Royce Phantom he can find and tries to fix them to make them somewhat daily driveable. A must see as each project car is more of a basket case than the last but every now and then he gets it right:
