Nothing is working for me, for 9 hours already. Others report intermittent service or that local is working. Here, nothing nada niente. So frustrating.

I've got local on my home connection, NADA on a client's FTTB connection in Woodstock, can't even login to the Mikrotik

Sadly that is right. Certain routes seems to be okay, and others not so much.

We are aware of an issue affecting certain Cool Ideas customers ability to access certain websites and services. Cool Ideas technicians have put mitigation measures in place and are monitoring the situation. As a result, you may be affected intermittently as your connection is subject to scrubbing which temporarily affects browsing speed and access to certain websites and applications such as VPN.

Mine was running perfect 20 minutes ago opened a stream now and am buffering also noticed my gaming ping getting unstable and seeing some packetloss on trace routes o_o

EDIT: Packetloss has seemed to have gone...
EDIT: Twitch back to being gucci

The twitch specific BBR relay hasn't been in play for a while now, just the regular TCP accelerator.

Then Twitch is not great tonight. Best I'm getting is 720p and twitch chat is just stuck on "connecting to chat"
