Yeah so static IP was never a resolution, I will need to check with the team doing the monitoring but typically yes we would see the same.@PBCool static IP not helping.

It's been down solidly since 17:01. No access.
Are CI and or Octotel seeing the down time?
What does a trace look like? Also if you just take note of the IP settings you can try PPP again.It is still down now. Any help is appreciated
