Hi @Kylie. Please provide us with your ticket ref so we may escalate this for you. We've noticed that an MTU change on the router helps resolve these issues (after MTN's emergency maintenance that took place yesterday morning).

That worked as well for me but will that have any effect on the speed and performance of the line?

All of these issues resolved immediately when switching to mobile data.

Response from Cool Ideas helpline: we don't see any issues on our side.

Yeah ever since the eBGP table leak, some services / sites have been acting up. Changing the DNS does help, but obviously its not a long term solution, but one that does work for the time being.

Mine has been fine, just the general sluggish browsing where everything feels very latent since we are back on DD similar to December's issues

@PBCool Finally got an MTR for the Apex issue, here you go:

The unplayable lag was at the start obviously, then between 12:39 and 12:42 and then again between 12:44 and 12:45. Then after that it was super stable. Normally its constantly lagging, this time it was intermittent

EDIT: Also note, other guys in DBN on Webafrica and Afrihost did not get any lag at these times.

Mine was the same but past 2 days been stable thank goodness. I would find it even in local games CS Go that would get lag spikes for a minute or 2 but then was stable but only stable for roughly 15 min or so then lag spikes but it seems to have sorted it self out

Its only CISP... but somehow for 6 days getting no attention or help idk :/

But surely there has to be something we can do as a work around for now :( rather not fun. I dont know not an expert :(

X
