Cool Ideas no longer work with TT Connect?

Hey all,

So my brother is moving in to a new place at the of the month and he wants Fibre. He's gonna be
Covered by TT Connect and I recommended him to Cool Ideas. I had a look on the website and I couldn't fine TT Connect on the FTTH list?

Are you guys no longer working with TT Connect?

If you google ttconnect cool ideas you can go to the page but it's password protected

They have left tt connect until which time they can sort out their issues in one of the areas in Edenvale as it was causing a lot of issues for cool ideas when it was in fact tt

They removed them as TTConnect service issues that they don't fix. We still "offer" it but not recommended over other networks.

Yep, they were off the site for quite some time.
