Hi Guys,

Is anyone else having an absolute nightmare trying to get the cool ideas blackfriday deal?

I put in the order yesterday only to be told at 2:30 pm today that I need to cancel my current ISP immediately and for cool ideas to register me today! This is firstly crazy short notice which I eventually got done. Now when I phone cool ideas to follow up, they can't help me because the department is closed. Its been an absolute pain working with them.

Is there an agent on here that can help?

I applied for the vumatel deal this morning and received an email at 18:37 stating that my address is currently not available for order placement, the ETA for premise creation is within 48hrs, Due to that it disqualifies me for the black Friday special...
It's a new install, no fibre line in the house house yet...
Vumatel, Vox and Vodacom have been promoting fibre in my area since last week. They said it's live and I have checked coverage...

Spoke to friends who applies at Vox and other ISPs and they said the start date can be after the 30 days notice, seems only cool ideas is being extra difficult

Hi, what is your application ref?

The instructions we got from Vumatel is that orders need to be done from Friday to Monday to qualify, so that is what we are basing it on.
