Cool things to do with Outlook Macros

In the field we work, I've done some really awesome stuff with Excel Macros in the VBA editor. And this morning, I was looking at the Developer Tab in Outlook, and I'm wondering what can you do with Outlook's VBA editor. Because, for the life of me, I can't think of a single macro to code.

Have you guys coded/found any awesome things on Outlook Macros?

I have coded macros to archive and categorise mail in a mysql database... sort or a bastardised CRM system...
