I applied for ADSL and my application was rejected, I was told that I needed new copper cables, and I got a number to fone to enquire about any plans to upgrade the cables. I have foned the number a few times and it is constantly enguaged. Does anyone have a number I can fone for "Installations"? The number I recieved is 0800 456 786, is this number correct, has anyone had the same experience and had the cables upgraded? any help will be appreciated.
