Coppers told to shape up for 2010

I saw a female traffis the other day and I was amazed at her ability to stand still for so long. When I went closer I noticed that she had a motorbike wedged between her butt cheeks.

You Nasty:D But seriously though I sometimes wonder what happens when a clearly overweight officer is in a situation where they have to chase a suspect on foot- say like in a crowded area? I mean, he/she will be out of breath with a couple of matters and the crook will be long gone.
 
You'd be amazed at how much stamina some of them have perhaps through sheer velocity of movement. I don't claim to understand it but they can move it!

Used to think that chubby cops where useless..I got the shock of my life when a bunch of them ran after a heist suspect, up a flight of stairs..

They proved to be very swift. maybe it was also an anger thing, cos the robbers had just killed one of their own in Rosebank (2005 November).

But they still need to shape up, it should be a requirement. Like they do in the airline industry with eye tests and stuff.

Maybe once they get up to speed they use momentum to keep going :p
 
I can honestly say they really have been shaping up!!!

Only problem is... looks like the shape the chose is a CIRCLE ;)
