Cops held for hijacking

WTF is with/about the police certificates? Is that a new badge or just and "license" issued to MK THUGS to act criminally?

Three police officers were arrested on Friday for hijacking a courier services van in Meyerton in the Vaal Triangle, police said.

Captain Katlego Mogale said the three officers allegedly held-up a courier services driver at gun point, demanding that he abandon his vehicle.

When he refused the trio assaulted him and one of them fired a shot.

People at the scene heard the gun shot and phoned the police.

Following a high-speed car chase, the three were arrested. Police searched them and found they were carrying police appointment certificates.

One of the men did not have his certificate on him at the time of their arrest, but investigation revealed that he was also a police officer.

A maroon Volkswagen Golf belonging to one of the men was recovered.

The three are due to appear in the Meyerton Magistrate's Court on hijacking and attempted murder charges. - Sapa

And as for the article... *sigh* Fortunately I'm guessing cops have a harder time in jail than regular criminals So, at least they were arrested. It's a bit of good news.
