Copy content from standard PVR to HD PVR

Hi all
Replacing standard PVR with HD PVR

Is it possible to copy the content from the Standard to the HD PVR ?
And how do i do it ?

I am giving the Standard PVR away to a family member.

The only way to transfer the SD-PVR's content is to connect a DVD Recorder or DVD/HDD Recorder to it and copy the content off of it before you give it away. Make sure first that the recorder you use is compatible with the copy-protection that DSTV uses to protect their content on their PVR's first though. Yip. Copy over to DVD is the only option.

You cannot copy from SD PVR to HD PVR since the encryption uses the smart card. Obviously the smart cards will be different.
